Long time Vizulate and Woosage client Canns Down Press recently launched their brand-new ecommerce website.

Canns Down Press originally came to us over seven years ago as a customer of our Sage 50 and WooCommerce integration solution; Woosage. A short time after this they moved their website hosting, maintenance and support to us and have been with us ever since – and still use Woosage.

Their previous website focussed heavily on their trade customers (B2B), but with a growing B2C customer base, Canns Down Press needed a website that provided a better user experience for these visitors.

Speaking about the site design and build, Vizulate director Scott Brant said: “Throughout the design and development of this website we worked very closely with senior staff at Canns Down Press who know their customers very well.

“We wanted to ensure their long-standing trade customers still had the functionality they needed and refine that where possible, whilst also improving the B2C user experience for new and existing consumers that purchase from the site.

“In addition, it was an opportunity to completely rebuild a website that was over 10 years’ old; allowing for more efficient order processing and storage, faster performance, and improved usability and streamlined processes for Canns Down Press in the back-end of the website.”
