Last month we launched a brand new custom built website for Pryers Solicitors.
Pryers are specialist medical negligence solicitors. They invest in organic SEO and PPC to obtain leads and were concerned their previous site wasn’t maximising opportunities when users landed on the site.
Prior to the design and build of the new site we undertook a substantial audit of their existing site, looking at the journeys of their users and where and why they seemed to be losing leads.
A confusing navigation structure, multistep process to contact initiation and differing user experiences on different devices meant visitors became frustrated with the site and exited without making contact.
Taking this into account we designed and built a site that would address these issues; incorporating a new chat function, mobile contact initiation widget and a facility to showcase their glowing Google My Business Reviews.
The impact has been almost instantaneous.
