Last month we launched phase one of a two phase custom B2B ecommerce website development project for our client Salonserve, one of the country’s leading trade suppliers to the salon industry.
As well as improving the look and feel on all devices and significantly reducing the number of plugins being used through custom coding, there have been many user-experience improvements designed to make buying, reordering and retrieving order information easier than ever before – particularly on mobile devices.
With more back-end features and front-end user experience enhancements due in phase two, we will be closely monitoring the impact their new site has on sales, engagement, mobile usage and other key metrics over the coming months.
